ReNae A. Nachman
ReNae Nachman is experienced in representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death litigation, highway design, traumatic brain injury, contract disputes, dental malpractice, veterinarian malpractice,
registrar of contractor’s actions, and construction defect claims. She is also experienced in probate matters representing the interests of heirs and personal representatives in probate actions and estate claims and beneficiaries in trust litigation and disputes. She also represents and defends professionals at the State Board level and in civil malpractice claims.
My goal is to provide clients with sound, effective, practical legal advice. My personal strategy is to evaluate the client’s needs and communicate their legal options in a cost-effective manner.
Her experience also includes litigation of matters involving dram shop liability, personal injury, slip and fall accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, traumatic brain injury, construction defects, roadway design, and veterinarian and dental malpractice.
ReNae has also expanded her practice to include litigation in the areas of violation of vulnerable adult statute claims, temporary restraining orders, guardianship proceedings, estate planning (including wills, trusts and powers of attorney), probate of an estate, estate controversies, will and trust disputes and challenges for heirs and beneficiaries.
ReNae earned her law degree at the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 and received her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from ASU in 2000.
Outside of the office, ReNae spends time with family and friends and enjoys horses, trail riding, hiking and boating.

ReNae also represents professionals in State Board proceedings to defend and negotiate against Board discipline. She has also represents and defends professionals in malpractice cases.
ReNae has expanded her litigation and trial skills to include the areas of probate of an estate, estate controversies and disputes, objections or challenges to wills or trust agreements as well as vulnerable adult statute claims, temporary restraining orders, estate planning (including wills, living wills, trusts, and durable and healthcare powers of attorney), and guardianship proceedings, ReNae earned her law degree at Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 and received her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from ASU in 2000.
Outside of the office ReNae spends time with family and friends and enjoys horses, trail riding, kayaking the Salt River, hiking and boating.
