DEE R. GILES

Dee is a litigator and appellate attorney with significant experience in all areas of civil and appellate practice. He also handles personal injury matters. Dee is an AV rated multi-year Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree. He handles a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, dram shop liability, and wrongful death litigation. He also handles appellate matters, both in civil and family law. He has experience with employment matters, representing both employers and employees in administrative matters initiated by federal and state government regulators regarding workplace issues and with employment litigation. Dee also enjoys helping families who are working to complete their family through the adoption process.

Dee is an experienced appellate attorney and handles a variety of complex appellate issues and the identification of issues on appeal. Dee tackles legal issues from a business and employer perspective and works hard to offer practical analysis and solutions that allow parties to resolve disputes effectively or to allow clients to make informed decisions about proceeding forward. Dee is committed to serving in the community and treating others professionally. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar’s Professionalism Advisory Council and has presented at the State Bar’s course on professionalism on numerous occasions. He serves actively in his church and coaches soccer as well. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children. He loves camping, hiking, skiing and many other outdoor activities. He is a running enthusiast and has completed multiple marathons. Dee is also an avid sports fan.
