Dee R. Giles
Dee Giles’ law practice encompasses a wide variety of complex civil litigation and appellate matters, including representation of employers in employment matters, workplace investigations, adoptions, personal injury, premises liability and all types of appeals.
My goal is to work with my clients to provide practical and effective legal advice to help them to understand the law and how it applies to their unique circumstances. I work hard to achieve the best possible results for my clients and to ensure that they understand the law and how it impacts their decisions. I enjoy working with my clients to develop successful strategies and to help them avoid future issues that impact their ability to pursue their objectives.
A multi-year Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree, Dee Giles handles a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, dram shop liability, and wrongful death litigation.
He also handles employment matters, representing both employers and employees in administrative and litigation matters initiated by federal and state government regulators regarding workplace issues.
Dee also enjoys helping families who are working to complete their family through the adoption process.
He is an experienced appellate attorney and handles a variety of complex appellate issues and the identification of issues on appeal.
Dee has a diverse legal and work background that allows him to see legal issues from a business and employer perspective as well as the perspective of the employee and to offer practical analysis and solutions.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 2002 and graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2006.
Dee is committed to serving in the community. He also serves actively in his church. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar’s Professionalism Advisory Council and has presented at the State Bar’s course on professionalism on a number of occasions.
When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children. He loves camping, hiking, skiing and many other outdoor activities. He is a running enthusiast and has competed in multiple marathons.
