ReNae Nachman practices in the areas of
injury, medical malpractice,
wrongful death and
contract disputes, including experience in defending and
managing large civil claims alleging breach of contract and
breach of fiduciary duty.
She has experience in representing individuals,
businesses, bars, restaurants, subcontractors and general
contractors against claims of negligence, breach of contract,
breach of implied and express warranties, and against claims for
indemnity, violations of statutes and punitive damages.
Her experience also includes dram shop
liability, slip and fall, automobile accident, contract
disputes, neighbor disputes, worker's compensation claims,
Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) claims, sexual
harassment, and construction defect litigation.
ReNae earned her law degree from the Arizona
State University College of Law in 2003 and her bachelor's
degree in Justice Studies from ASU in 2000.
Outside of the office and her family, ReNae enjoys
horses, hiking and water skiing. Her interests also include animal
and equine law.
