Cody Hall joined Schneider & Onofry in 2000 as a
partner, after working for ten years at a large Phoenix law firm.
Cody’s practice has focused on representing individuals and
companies facing a broad range of personal injury,
wrongful death and medical malpractice claims. Cody has represented clients in all
counties in Arizona and has taken cases to jury trials in
Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima,
Pinal and Yavapai counties.
Cody also represents licensed health care
professionals who are facing licensing complaints by state
administrative agencies and licensing boards. He has helped
licensed health care professionals to protect their licenses in
response to complaints before the Arizona Medical Board, Arizona State Board of Nursing, Arizona Board of
Chiropractic Examiners, Arizona Board of Behavioral Health
Examiners, Arizona Board of Dental Examiners, and Arizona Board of Physical Therapist Examiners.
Cody also has extensive experience in defending
facilities and individuals against allegations of
elder abuse and violations of Arizona's
Adult Protective Services Act.
In addition to his trial practice, Cody practices before the Arizona Court of
Appeals and the United States District Court for the State of
