A Steady Hand

You deserve the wisdom, knowledge and instincts of attorneys who provide frank, objective advice ... driven by thoughtful analysis of the facts ... and measured by common sense and the realities of litigation.

Trial Experience

We offer plenty of it. Each senior attorney has more than 20 years of trial and litigation experience, and we do not hesitate to go to trial when achieving your goals requires it.

Resolution

Prolonged litigation is disruptive, stressful, time consuming and expensive. While we will aggressively proceed to trial, and expect to win, we know that a fair negotiated settlement may be the best way to satisfy your objectives and allow you to move on.
